Yes. Waiters send table orders to the kitchen, where staff mark tickets ready. Waiters can then record which items they served.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Open the POS in your phone’s browser. On iPhone, Safari’s Share menu lets you add it to your Home Screen.
What happens when the internet goes down?
On a device with offline support already set up, some order and service actions can be saved and synced when the connection returns. Recording payment requires a connection.
Can I see sales by day, week, month, or year?
Managers can review sales, purchases, and estimated profit by period in Statistics & Profit.
Does the POS process card or QR payments?
The POS records the payment method and receipt. Collect the payment through your own cash, QR, or card setup before marking the bill paid.
When does stock go down?
Linked selling items are deducted when a bill is paid. Managers can set a warning limit for each item.
